Ms Tsitsi Mutongi

Tsitsi Mutongi is the Labour Cluster Officer at the Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) Zimbabwe. With a strong background in labour relations, her role is to facilitate dialogue between government, business, and labour to promote fair labour practices and sound industrial relations. Passionate about social justice and collaboration, Tsitsi works to advance workers’ welfare, productive engagement between the social partners and support inclusive economic development.
